North Texas Scales is committed to bringing to our customers, the best possible service in the industry, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This starts with a dedicated staff of well-trained technicians ready to take on your toughest service requirements. All North Texas Scales technicians are required to complete factory training at the headquarters of the major scale manufacturers we represent and each technician is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture's Division of Weights & Measures. On-site factory training combined with North Texas Scales' own in-house training program, keeps our service technicians continually updated on new products and abreast of the latest technology in the industry.
In addition to providing a highly qualified service staff, North Texas Scales maintains a fleet of fully stocked service trucks and vans, including two (3) heavy capacity test trucks for testing truck scales, one (1) heavy duty flatbed equipped with 3,500 pounds of test weights specifically designed for calibrating and testing forklift scales and high capacity floor scales, and five (5) = ton - > ton pick-ups or service vans equipped with test weights ranging from 1 pound to 1,000 pounds for testing and calibrating bench scales, counting scales, floor scales, etc.
North Texas Scales offers competitive rates for all service needs and can provide preventative maintenance & service agreements set up on a weekly, monthly, semi-annual or annual basis to keep your scales in peak operating conditions at all times. Our technicians arrive on-site, on-time, to perform routine maintenance, testing and/or calibration and will provide a complete report on all work performed and final test results.
