North Texas Scales runs a 24/7 emergency repair operation with factory-trained technicians and a fleet of fully stocked service vehicles staged across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and Tyler. Most repairs are diagnosed, fixed, recalibrated, and certified in a single visit — no ordering parts, no waiting a week, no second trip charge.

For emergency calls, we typically have a technician on-site within 4 hours in DFW and Tyler. Standard service requests are scheduled the next business day. Every truck rolls with the most common replacement parts on board: load cells, junction boxes, cable, indicators, summing cards, and the consumables that keep your scale operational. If we have to order something specialized, we can drop in a temporary rental scale to keep your operation running while we work on yours.

Our technicians are factory-trained on Rice Lake, Avery Weigh-Tronix, Emery Winslow, Mid America Truck Scales, Cardinal, CAS, and Weigh South — and we service every other brand on the market, too. Mettler-Toledo, Fairbanks, Ohaus, Sartorius, A&D, you name it. We do not push you to replace working equipment just because it was not bought from us.
